EXPLORE BY APPLICATION 3 SURFACE GROUPS · 5 PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Understand the process before the product.

Mineralogical structure of natural stone, pore character and factory production step; It is the basis for choosing the right epoxy, gel, abrasive and cutting product.

01 / SURFACE TYPES & STONE CHARACTER

Customized solutions by stone variety.

Each natural stone group; It requires different resin viscosity and surface treatment discipline in terms of pore size, absorbency rate and color sensitivity.

02 / PRODUCTION LINE & PROCESS GUIDE

Production steps from quarry to final polish.

Integrated solutions for every process step, from block wrapping and cutting to slab reinforcement, crack filling, and mirror-gloss surface finishing.

R&D & FIELD SUPPORT

Custom Product & Sample Matching for Your Line

Let's determine together the combination that provides the lowest wastage and highest brightness, depending on the origin of the stone you are processing, your furnace temperature, line speed and ambient humidity.

  • Yellowing resistance test on beige and white stones
  • Deck, tunnel and microwave oven cure optimization
  • Sample sending and field application tracking

03 / APPLICATION ENGINEERING CRITERIA

4 critical parameters in accurate product selection.

Basic engineering criteria we take into account in the selection of chemicals and abrasives to prevent rework and slab breakage on the production line.

CRITERIA 01

Viscosity (CPS) & Penetration

In marbles with micro and hairline cracks, resins with low CPS value penetrate deeply into the stone; In large cavities, thixotropic gels that do not flow are preferred.

CRITERIA 02

Color Matching & UV Resistance

Series with special stabilizers are used in white, crystalline and light beige stone groups to prevent the risk of yellowing and oiling (shadow) caused by sunlight or kiln heat.

CRITERIA 03

Oven Temperature & Curing Time

Depending on deck oven (40°C), tunnel oven, microwave or natural environment curing, gel time (20–45 min) and full cure regime are synchronized with line speed.

CRITERIA 04

Sawing & Surface Finishing Synergy

The resin hardness and ABRAPOX abrasive sand arrangement work in full harmony with each other in the calibration, honing and final polishing stages of the slab resulting from gang saw cutting.
